Psychology sessions are ₹900 and a psychology consultation is ₹1,000. Feeding is a specialised service, priced separately: feeding sessions are from ₹1,000 up to ₹2,000, depending on the service and clinician. Specific tests may carry their own charge; you receive the exact figure and what it includes before booking.

Online therapy is available across India, and internationally. In India, online sessions are charged the same as in-person sessions; for families outside India there is an additional fee of about ₹300–₹500, confirmed before you book.

How a first month usually takes shape

Four steps, none of them automatic.

This is the shape of the work, not a quote. The number of sessions, and the exact monthly figure, are set by your child’s plan and confirmed with you before anything begins.

  1. First conversation

    Free. You describe what you are noticing, and we suggest the useful next step.

  2. Consultation or assessment

    When one would answer the question, the therapist explains which fits, what it can tell you, and its price, before you book.

  3. Sessions begin

    If support is the right next step, the plan names the goals and the schedule, and the fee for each session is confirmed first.

  4. Review about four months later

    We look at what has changed, keep, change or replace the goals, and send the written progress and evaluation report for the cycle.

Typical evaluation prices

Developmental, cognitive, and psychological evaluations are priced individually. A short report usually takes about a week and a detailed evaluation report about two weeks.

A formal progress and evaluation report is provided once per therapy cycle, currently about every four months, at no extra charge. Additional or out-of-cycle reports, for example for a doctor or a school, are a separate service and may carry a fee, explained before the work is done, with a minimum 15-day turnaround.

Registration and monthly billing

The one-time registration fee is ₹350 when a child enrols. Monthly sessions are invoiced on the 1st for the coming month and payment is due by the 5th. Payment is by UPI, cash, or card. Any applicable card, bank or payment gateway charges are payable by the family. Ask if another arrangement is needed.

If a payment runs past the 5th, a late fee of ₹100 per day may apply to the outstanding fees. If paying on time is difficult, please tell us early and we will look for a workable arrangement. Eligible missed sessions can be used as a compensatory session within three months, so they do not accumulate indefinitely.

If cost is a barrier, please ask about the monthly package; we will talk it through with you and look at what may be possible.

Cancellation and make-up sessions

Please give at least four hours’ notice. Reminders are sent the day before and on the morning of the session. Missed sessions without notice generally do not receive a replacement offer.

A session can be made up on another day, up to three per month, though it may be with a different therapist and a same-day slot is not guaranteed. We try to fit a compensatory session into the same month, but when that is not possible (therapist, parent or child availability), the eligible session can be used within three months.
